Hi folks!

New to the forum and owning a kadjar, I've picked up a genuine Kadjar dog guard on Gumtree, however although it has side brackets I can't see how to attach it to the interior plastic trim!

Is it possibly missing a fitting kit as well?

Can anyone advise??

Hi mate did you ever get the dog guard fitted I have same issue on fitting holes just have the screw in bolts can you buy separate

I too purchased a used dog guard, with no fittings.
After a little research the kit should have 4 knurled bolts M5 ish. 2 fitting plates and a fitting guide.

the plates fit inside the shelf and are riveted in place after drilling the holes for the knurled bolts to go through. The plate has threaded holes to take the bolts.

I came up with the idea of using captive nuts, so worked out where the mounting holes should be and drilled the appropriate sized holes to take the captive nuts.  Just fitted the nuts, which are available with a tool from the likes of ebay online, and most tool shops.  Or asked someone to do it for you.
