You can put them separately or in whatever configuration you like. The lyc files are License files, but don't know why they are more then one. Anyway, they are miniature in size, so better use them both.

Which version or better what date are those maps? Are newer then our Here 2018.04?
2016 White 1.6 dCi 4WD BOSE with Premium Techno Pack, Winter Pack, Panoramic glass roof & autodipp mirror and retractable towbar.
Added ambient illumination, few chrome trims,
Replaced R-Link2 V2.2 SW version 9. 0.34.611, enabled Android Auto and CarPlay (change USB slots)
Maps: Here 2022Q2

I bet they're older. If the signature is right, they should be from June 2018.

I have Kadjar 1.6 dci bose 4×4 – 10/2015 and original R-link 2 v.2.2.11.803 with maps 2015.06

Is it safe to update only maps with R-Link 2 Toolbox?
