Here goes coming up to 4 year service end of March, message says 600 mls to service.. since last service gave only done 7300 mls and car showing 33400 mls ... why is the message being shown ... I have a service plan and so would have booked the car into dealer end of March... is it just a glitch

Possibly not been reset correctly on the counter from the last service

It is normal. You have 2 warnings... for service (12 months or 18k miles) and oil change (24 months or 18k miles).
