No, non of they do for the Kadjar, it’s not to say one wouldn’t work on the the Kadjar if it came from a Renault with Rlink2.

I changed mine to enable CarPlay, it looks the same but has the magic Apple firmware in it.

And as I found on ene R-Link2 user forum, devices ver. V1.1 are also lack of some PCB on system board to support CarPlay.
So device must be V2.0 at least. Upgrade on V1.1 to firmware 3.3.16.x or even 7.x does not help with CarPlay.
Those devices start to delivery in cars with firmware V3.3.14...
2016 White 1.6 dCi 4WD BOSE with Premium Techno Pack, Winter Pack, Panoramic glass roof & autodipp mirror and retractable towbar.
Added ambient illumination, few chrome trims,
Replaced R-Link2 V2.2 SW version 9. 0.34.611, enabled Android Auto and CarPlay (change USB slots)
