Hi can anyone help me please?

My electric folding mirrors are really slow and the drivers one sometimes sticks half way closed.

Wonder if anyone could help me please if they have had any problems the same?

It’s a common fault ..I had my near side motor replaced under warranty ...now the offside has started sticking halfway especially on wet days..if your car is still under warranty get on to your local dealer ...

It’s a common fault ..I had my near side motor replaced under warranty ...now the offside has started sticking halfway especially on wet days..if your car is still under warranty get on to your local dealer ...

If your car is out of warranty use some gt85 to clean the grease and muck out of the pivot mechanism, it’s got ptfe in it. Then when cleaned out use a decent silicone spray lubricant.

The mirror can be moved right around manually to ger in to the mechanism

Darren when you say can be moved manually do you mean pushing it to the front of the car?

Can I push these towards the front of the car past there resting point without causing any damage please?
