WD40 is cleaner, degreaser...it washes up grease...

In the gap between the moving part and the base. Spray them when closed and when opened. Then move them - open and close with the button 10-15 times. Remember to put a cloth or paper tower underneath, cause the lubricant will spill down the door and is hard to be cleaned (leaves oily stains, which remain for a long time).
