Hi peeps 

if anyone has noticed we are experiencing a bit of a slow down of the site at the moment.

Admin are looking into it and working on it.

this is what happens when you get popular you attract hackers trying to get in, but our defences are sound and they will soon get bored

Just to keep everyone in the loop, we are going to move servers over the next few days so we should see a slight improvement with the performance of the site in due course.

Any downtime will be overnight when we physically connect to the new server which is expected to be either Sunday or Monday. There will be a Maintenance warning on the front page during this time.

We have now completely moved to the new server which gives us slightly more
Processor Power
Double the Memory 8GB
Increase in Disk 2TB
Much bigger port speed
Double the Band Width
Updated OS


There will be a few tweaks here and there over the coming weeks which you probably won't notice.

So after a glitch here and there, does anything ever run smoothly, we are now fully operational and ready to take your posts.

Yesterday lost an hour, trying to post a topic with links and pictures. Total disaster. The forum template is so frustrating, when trying to use bbcode. I finally gave up

So sorry about that Aone really needed to move to a new server and unfortunately we all suffer when this is in progress.
Please let me know what is frustrating using the bbcode , we might be able to get the the developers to include it in a later update?

The use of bbqode is really annoying from day one. The developer should definitely improve it in the next update of the template. The error I was receiving was something like "no active nodes" or something like that.
