Can you please give feedback as to what the end result is after your visit to the dealer, I think you are the first with a headlight issue here.

Unfortunately the Kadjar doesn’t have bulb out warning, apart from the indicators which flash rapidly should a bulb blow.
Somehow I can’t see it been a fuse, each side will be separately fused and it very rare that these will pop unless there’s a fault or the bulb has blown and taken the fuse out in the process.
I would check the bulbs, I’m presuming it’s not LED headlights and the most logical answer is that both bulbs have blown, maybe not at the same time though hitting pot holes etc.
I take it the DRLs still dim when the headlights should be on, indaicating the switch and ecu are working correctly.
