I had the same fuse blow a few times and the cause turned out to be the boot light which is mounted on a flexible piece of the interior and therefore able to move.
We put something in the boot which, it turned out, pushed the boot the lamp against the car chassis causing a short circuit.
The light having exposed contacts so close to the car chassis is surely a design flaw.
The fix was a couple of pieces of gaffer tape, one on the back of the light and the other on the adjacent chassis.
The service dept at our local Renault dealer had never heard of this - I suggested they went around the new cars in the showroom pressing the light to see if the fuses blow on them!
