Ok, I might be being a bit stupid, but I have not heard of a folder called sir.thx ?

On my stick I have a folder called LOST.DIR and also of course the Rlink folder as well.

Are you formatting on a Windows PC or MAC or something else?

I use a 32 Gb stick FAT32 format.

Have you tried another stick at all?

I suspect you're using a cheap CHinese USB stick... With donkeys years in IT, I now only use Sandisk, Kingston or Samsung USB or SD memory.  Cheaper in the long run...

Are you using the standard windows formating software?

What is the allication unit size you are using when formatting?

Have you checked the stick using Error Checking in windows?

And once again, have you actually tried another stick?

What year was the car registered?

You've got the same Software version and Boot release (whatever that is) that I have so I don't think that's the problem.
