My kadjar is 11 months old found the carpet in the drivers footwell soaking wet booked into garage they replaced heater condenser had car back a week and carpet is soaking again has anyone else had the same problem?

Hi check the water drainage holes next to the wipers arms base - probably leafs and dust clogged
One of the first Kadjars from Nov. 2015 - 1.2 TCe Manual ZEN - "old" R-Link (gen 1.1, soft 2.2) successfully updated to 3.3 with AA

Further update the car is currently in the workshop they have replaced heater distribution unit not made any difference, they are currently waiting on renault technical guy coming to have a look at the car. I'm currently driving a hire car that renault is paying for so hopefully that will speed things up to get a fix

I had a Landrover with the same problem, turned out to be the windscreen seal was letting water and caused the drivers side floor well to get wet.
