I think one is on 19", White Car, and the other is on 17"

Yes, but both 17" and 19" have the same external radius. The only difference between the two cars is the space between the rear tires and the body.
1.6 dCI, 2WD, Zen+ , Retractable Tow Bar.

According to the Sales Brochure 2WD Kadjars have Torsion Beam rear suspension while 4WD have a Multi Link set up.

This could well account for the differing stance.
