Hi, both my headlights and seats were replaced under warranty no issues apart from them being set too low, so it was only when I was coming home from Wales 180miles that I turned my headlights on and found them point directly to the floor. It was a very long and tiring drive, so makesure you check them after installation before you need to use them for real! My seat cover was replaced, it took about 6 weeks for them to procure one. They also gave me some leather softener and advised I treated the seat weekly, even tho the side is vinyl and not leather. So far so good and we’re 12 months on with zero fogging up of the headlights.

If you have no joy contact customer services, I found them really useful! Take plenty of pics of your damaged seats and head lights then email them to customer services UK. You’ll definitely get them changed, don’t let them fob you off!
