Good evening everybody, having issues trying to delete previous owners drivers profiles on a friends car. I have two options on my Kadjar, but on his vehicle the two options are not highlighted even though they are present.
Does anyone know a better way, or even another way?

Probably needs to be logged in to delete individual user settings for each user if you see what I mean.
It’s been a while, but there’s a hard reset/factory restore in one in one of the menus, it clears everything for you to start again. I did it not so long ago trying to install a new USB port only to find the port had been damaged!

My car is 5000 miles away so I can’t look which menu it’s in.

China is different, and can be difficult at times. Having a Chinese phone number is a must to do anything, Everything is done on a phone linked to a China mainland phone number. The second thing is having a Local bank account, it’s fast becoming a cashless society and uses the likes of allypay and WeChat to do everything, all based around QR codes.

Gadgets are hard to come by generally in this area, Suzhou. Shanghai is just 20mins down the road and offers a lot more in the that area. They do have huge markets for electrical/electronics, SEG. Packed with small stalls selling assorts of things. The products remind me of things that are on eBay and Banggood, and it’s probably where half of it comes from!

How long are you out there for?

I’ll be coming back this week if everything goes to plan, which it hasn’t so far! Passport should be back with me after a visa update, then I’ll be on my way.
