I recently purchased a used Kadjar and noticed a strange issue which I think is a fault rather than a feature.

I have preset 12 DR channels and selected to display these using the Audio mode button on the steering wheel stalk. However, whenever I try to turn the media control wheel on this stalk to change the preset channel, it always starts at preset Channel 1.
So if I am on Channel 6, and I turn the wheel clockwise/anti-clockwise, it should either change to channel 7/5 but mine always changes to 2/12 as though I am on channel 1. I cant imagine this to be a feature but rather a bug. Can someone share their experience and possibly the solution to fix it please?

I have just tried mine, only have 6 presets set, but mine appears to work correctly.

Which Version of Firmware are you using?

have had this problem since day one. So solution for me is, every time I start the engine I always switch from DR to FM and back to DR. Then it works again. Crapy software......

I am on the very latest version 2.2.19.300. The issue was there even before I upgraded my firmware recently.

Does anyone know if I would have any luck in getting this fixed if I take it to the service centre?

I listen to DAB all day long and this is getting on my nerves now, not to mention the 'Signal Lost' message indicating poor radio network coverage. My Ford B Max from 2012 was so much better. I am missing it now!
