Yes , I wonder if you can reinstall the software yourself then ( will radio read the new cars vin and use that ) after you reconnect a virginised unit ??

Well, ask in authorised garage... new device (suppose also virginised) must be programmed troug CLIP. Some settings must be transferred from Renault servers and are bounded to trim level and some are read from other vehicle computers after device start to communicate with them...
