Hey all,
I tried to update my firmware to the latest version official 2.2xx its rebooted but i now have a completely blank screen but the radio still works i'm totally baffled? Nothing on the screen at all. Can anyone help or do I need to go renault?

Try swiping the screen to the left or right, worked for me.

Can you remember which version you were upgrading from and which version you were upgrading to and also where did you get the new firmware from?

It was an update off the toolbox with the maps it said a system update it couldn't have been a firmware upgrade then

First off, can you confirm which firmware version you have on the car, the full version number?
Reason I ask is that if you were updating maps there is an earlier version of the firmware that would not accept an update.

If radio is working, try rebooting R-Link, Normally, when the Rlink is on, you press and hold the on/off button of Rlink until screen goes blank and then release. As you can't see the screen, with radio on press and hold on/off button for say 30seconds then release. Usually the reboot process takes a few minutes.

I can't im sorry the screen is totally blank. Tried swiping it rebooting it etc but nothing. I never took any notice as it was from the toolbox official source
