Those regular visitors will have noticed the slight changes to the Chat Module in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
We have made some enhancements so you can Chat amongst yourselves or leave a Support Request Message if one of the Administrators are not present and you need help.
If you don't already know, your Administrators are the following:

If you have to leave a message, a Support Ticket will be left, that EVERYONE can see, in the Ticket Listing via the the Support Button Drop List in the Top Menu. The ONLY personal information on show in the listing is Your Real Name, NOT your Username. Your email address and Message should NOT be visible except to yourself and the Administrators.
We have introduced a Chat Room called The Bar via the TAB in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, if your NOT on a Mobile Device that is. You can access the room, if you have logged in, via the Open Door icon to the right of the Emoticon once you open the TAB
Without going into a Chat Room is a little more fun as you will not know if anyone is around. You could make a public announcement in the Public Chat Box and see if you get a response, or go into a Chat Room where the number of people present will be indicated and you May or May Not be able to see the messages thus far. You can even create a Chat Room if you so wish but ONLY the Administrators can delete a Chat Room.
Grab a glass of your favourite tipple and have a chat, cheaper than gooing to the pub!
There is also a Video Chat function, subject to your Hardware, this function has not as yet been tested so not sure if it works or not.
As this is an experiment, there maybe interruptions to the service as we fine tune.
