If I purchase the Bose system would I be able to fit to my non Bose Kadjar?

Anything is possible, however you’ll need all the components including the head amp and wiring loom.
Unfortunately it’s not just a case of chucking the amo and the sub in. The head unit fitted on Bose systems on only provides a low level signal to drive the amp, where as the standard head powers the speakers.

Possibly a better way to utilise the Bose sub speaker would be to find an amp the will take a high level input for the output of the rear speakers.
I went this route in my Megane.
