No adjustment there on mine the led headlights have automatic adjustment depending on weight in rear of car. Only adjust manually is under the bonnet

I have a 2018 Signature Nav Bose with LEDs and that has both the 5 stage adjustment above the bonnet release to adjust both headlights simultaneously as referred to in the manual for different combinations of passengers and load and in addition it has a separate adjustment under the bonnet for each dipped headlight for dipping headlights for the continent, which is exactly what I need and I shall be importing the car into France.

Mine is 2016 no adjustment on mine inside cab

It looks like the adjustment "wheel" in  the cab is a fairly new innovation. My Signature SNav is a 2018 model so it seems this was added within the lat 12-18 months.

Added ambient illumination, few chrome trims,
Replaced R-Link2 V2.2 SW version 9. 0.34.611, enabled Android Auto and CarPlay (change USB slots)
