Changed batteries after 1,5 year and still keycard battery low message. I tried the multiple clicks process, but didn't solve the issue. Any ideas how to fix this?

Car unlocks and starts without issues, but the message is not very reassuring. :)

Have you tried pressing one of the buttons on the keycard 4 times? That should work.

Hi Revi,

I had exactly the same thing with my key card despite using Duracell batteries. Spoke to my very helpful local Renault dealer here in Honiton who said to ignore the message and that it will disappear after about a week. He was absolutely right and I have not had the message since!

Hope that helps.

Richard

Now another 2.5 years have gone by and it's time to change the key battery again. I fitted a GP (Golden Products?) battery, made in Japan this time.
