spooky ours just started doing this the othetr day,but when i go back out to car in morning to drive to work,fault has cleared,but once drive home its fine still,but say if i stop at shop after ten mile drive and pick up some bits ,when i come back and start it comes back on as a fault !!
realy annoying

Well I’m off to the main dealer today to get it fixed hopefully so I’ll reply once I get any information on that.
The service is due near the end of the year too, if no luck then I can see a strong letter written!

Ok so first good news, dealer has decided to not charge me.
Right so the explanation is that the fuel filter was full of water and was effectively allowing the DPF to be full of water too.
Told to avoid supermarket fuel stations and run it in.
Changed the fuel filter and fault has gone.
I’m very wary of this as you can imagine and will not be surprised if the fault returns!!!

HAVING same issue. Goes away for a few trips and then comes back. Reported on Service, but they did nothing, as light did not come on for them, and computer showedd no issues. Have you had any resolution?
