As this is not the official Google Play site, we use it our own risk. I have, however, used it for a few years to get unaccessable apps (like BBC i-player), and my phone hasn't exploded yet

Two points, though.
1. Your smartphone might say, that you are downloading an app from an unauthorized site and ask your permission.
2. As soon as I registered my car here, I got a mail from Renault UK, that I was removed from my current R-link store, which is Sweden. I checked and my car was gone from the store. I registered it back again and everything came back, including my two years remaining map subscriptions. And I was still registered on the app.

Yep. 30 seconds ahead of you My car is bought from Bulgaria, but is registered in the irish store (and I drive it mostly in Austria and Italy ). No mail from them The milage is wrong though. It says 5500 miles, but its actually 35 000 km (Two days ago made a year from delivery).
