The Link DID work (after I logged-in a 2nd time), now I get: "Error You are not authorised to view this resource"
I'm glad I don't have to maintain a website!

Worked for me, but then I use Firefox. I changed the link to public, thought I had already made it public so thanks for pointing that out. It is possible that where it opens a new window your browsers/browser setup was treating it as a new site
