Hi,

The gear knob to my Kadjar auto diesel has broken - the switch flew off! I've managed to fix it with some tape but would like a new one. Renault want £420.00 for the whole gear lever assembly! If anyone has any ideas where I can find a second hand replacement I'd be grateful. Ebay are out of stock and other sites that say they have the part look a bit dodgy!

ive just noticed your post (before I go on I’ve got no association with any parts place etc ) and I assume from your e mail your in the uk and haven’t tried this yet .
I seem to remember when looking for parts in the past there is some type of website on the internet where you put what you want in and it checks a load of vehicle dismantles to see if they’ve got the part 
apologies if you’ve tried this already hope you get sorted soon
i don’t know how old your vehicle is but if you are struggling to get the part it suggests this is a common problem have you tried asking Renault for a goodwill gesture on the price you never know
