I'm near Cardiff. Has anybody had a Renault retractable tow bar fitted? I'm looking for an installer. My local Renault dealer dont install them. Not sure who does.

I fitted my own retractable tow bar ... are you looking a a genuine retractable or a detachable one . There are lots of fitters in south Wales some even come to your home...

Renault advertise at £740 on their accessory site. I thought they fitted them. I'm looking for a company who can fit it. No cowboys. Any recommendations?

I got mine from Glyn Hopkins on line tow bar and wiring loom are genuine parts fitted it myself , check with Renault Uk for that price£740 I would say that’s fitted . Brinks trailers google South Wales are good as are some of the guys who call to your home. Just do a search on line ..

I thought it was a big job? Removing bumper etc.

It is all off but I have fitted tow bars to lots the fitting instructions are very clear step by step and loom is plug and play .. all you meet is the dealer to clear the the rear sensors so that when the trailer is fitted it stops the alarm going off. They did mine on the service free of charge
