Hi all

New user here.

Just got my new Kadjar 1.3 TCE Iconic today and love it. I just wanted to ask a quick question. When stopping at a set lights or in traffic should my parking brake come on automatically or do I need manually apply it? I thought this automatically came on when holding the brakes in.

If anyone could clarify or help with this it would be much appreciated.

Only just got mine but manual is my understanding, when you turn it off it will apply handbrake for you.Welcome to the confusing world of Kadjar ownership especially the Rlink 2.

It turns on automatically only when powering off engine or stop at a steep hill to assist you on leaving.

Thanks for that. I thought it came on automatically if you held brake in etc. At least I know I need to apply it manually.
