Anyone fitted bonnet struts?
Any advice?
Had them on Captur would like them on Kadjar

the link to aliexpress has a very negative review for these struts, anyone recommend struts they have fitted?

PM darenh, it was his car that the struts were fitted to, he may have a different opinion about them.

Pretty sure I got mine also from AliExpress, we use gas struts at work and they are mega expensive compered to the cost of the AliExpress offerings.
Again I’ve had these fitted for well nearing 4 years, while I don’t open the bonnet on a daily basis the occasions I do they still do the job intended, one handed no effort.

Although there’s holes for the struts to fit at the hinge and slam panel, mine came with small brackets for the hinge side, I’ve tried with in various configurations and without. I’ve left them on as this works best and gives the best lift.
