For obvious reasons (!) we are only driving our petrol 2017 Kadjar about once a week at the moment and I am finding that, when we start the car after a week of not using it, the dashboard has changed the theme (I like theme 1, the traditional style dashboard) and zeroed all the trip data - average mpg, distance travelled etc. I have spoken to my local Renault dealer who give a very good service and are very helpful to this technophobic 74 year old who has no idea what half the things on the screen actually do, but they have no idea why this is happening. It is becoming very irritating to have to keep changing the dash display back to the one I like and to keep losing the average mpg. Does anybody have any ideas why this is happening, please?

Just an option of a work round, try creating a second profile on the dash set up you like. Then switch straight to that profile on starting car..I guess you can do that on an earlier model.

Thank you for that. I will certainly try it but, almost certainly, will ask my granddaughter to set it up!

Most likely a flat battery or faulty Display needed to be replaced under warranty.
