Hi all

i bought some roof rails for my 2021 iconic Kadjar as the Renault dealer said they can be ordered and installed separately.
My second hand eBay purchase has 4 bolts sticking out of each rail, and the roof on the Kadjar has what looks like 4 protruding attachment points.
Unfortunately they don’t align, even though length wise they seem a good fit.

Is there a trick to it, before I take it to my garage and they tell me it’s incompatible?

Thanks
Dejan

Update from my side. Garage looked at the rails and said they can’t be installed. Apparently you can’t drill holes in a roof without writing the car off!
I phoned the Renault dealer back and they now confirmed it’s not possible to add roof rails to my model and they mistakenly quoted me previously for installing roof bars even though I was explicit.

Unfortunately I’m stuck with using clamp on roof bars instead. I’ve ordered some Thules WingBars evo and will just leave them on permanently to avoid the hassle.

Hope this helps someone in the future
