My 2016 Kadjar has all of a sudden starting making 2 long beeps whenever I lock the car.  Any ideas one cause/fix? Thanks

This may mean the alarm is stuck in the mode where the internal volumetric movement sensors are de activated.

This is a user feature if you hold the lock button on card remote for 2 secs the will lock and disable internal movement sensors ( eg leaving pets in car or window open or on a ferry) and sound 2 beeps to advise you it has done it.

I thought that it would revert back to normal alarm functions once the engine was started. If not try "toggling" this function on and off a few times.

I am having the same issue with 2018 Kadjar & Arnold Clark’s diagnostic alone is £145!
