Shopping around recently and looking at the exact same specification and year etc for my new Kadjar has been a real eye opener as prices around the country was sometimes well over £1000 difference for exactly the same car
and part exchange prices have been gob-smacking in offer variation, worst offers I found amazingly came from Evans Halshaw group garages, best offers from Bristol Street motor group .garages

The moral of the story is 'Do your homework'

So what do you expect or have paid for your first service.:)

My last car was a Ford Focus and maybe I am getting old but the local Ford dealer charged £100/hr/+ VAT which to me was outrageous, last 24.000 mile service was £246 :(

We bought our Kadjar (1.2 petrol, manual) new in 2017, and paid £239 total to cover the first two services from DSG Barrow/Morecambe. If your car is over a year old, Renault currently sell "Loyalty Packs" (which is a silly name for a service-agreement?) https://www.renault.co.uk/owners/service-and-maintenance/maintenance/loyalty-packs.html
