Morning all.

Later this year we will be taking our 2019 face-lift Kadjar over to France for a short break.
Does anyone have any tips/advice on the legal aspects of what I need to do or carry with me to comply with all relevant laws there?

Thanks

Ian

Hi viz vest for everyone in the car they have to be at hand not in the boot, step out of the car on a main road you Must habit on... warning triangle bulbs, breath testers Also lots of the national roads have lowered their speed limits and the police are shit hot on that at the moment.fire extinguisher, head light deflectors.. not sure on these with led but best to fit them. Speed cams all over the place getting like the Uk also they now track you down back in the Uk ... also some reports say that you cannot have speed camera locations on your sat nav ... best check on that one ... O and by the way they drive on the right... lol

Breath testers and fire extinguishers are not mandatory.. and no, the location or sensing of speed cameras is strictly forbidden. Fine, and confiscation of the offending equipment. And a gilet jaune is obligatory for the driver, but is highly recommended for each occupant.

As you may get some conflicting responses, you could get advice from the AA (No, I'm not a member)
