hi guys new here anyone no if you can get key cards from anywhere other than dealers

Yes, you can, but you must anyway visit the dealer for (re)programming. And the price is no different.

Hi i have seen a brand new key for sale on ebay but it has a vin number on the bag is this just for the keyblade or will the card be part coded and no use to anyone

I've just had a quote of £260 for a new key card from non dealer... I haven't checked with dealer yet for prices.
