Picked up our 66 plate kadjar about 10 days ago and took it for its first long distance drive this weekend.

When driving at roughly 45 mph or faster we could hear this intermittent deep vibrating noise which was pretty loud. Only lasted a second or two and seemed to happen when we were approaching a corner. It seemed to be coming from both front doors. We can’t work out if it’s wind noise or something to do with the speakers.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Thanks

Could it be the lane crossing warning?

the lane warning is , i heard a noise in my kadjar and a member of greekrenault club said that is the warning lane .
then i pay attention and every time i was closing to a lane the sound was on.

The first time I heard it I thought it was a helicopter over head. It only operates at speeds over 45 mph but if it bothers you it can be switched off by a button on the side of the central display.

Thanks everyone. I think you must be correct. I shall try and take the car out on the motorway over the next few days to see.

Along with the noise you should see one of the green lines on the speedo cluster turn red when you drift over a lane marking.
