Can someone please help me before I go mad?
I have been using the R-Link toolbox for a couple of years with no problems-until I bought my new car a month ago.
I noticed that the usual version says I have software 1.7.3 which it states is up to date. But now a second version of the Toolbox opens up with software 1.8.2. This version states that it is Toolbox_PP. This version doesn't recognise my new vehicle even after I've put a formatted stick into the car.
I can't try uploading maps etc. as I'm not allowed to drive that far at the moment so does anyone know what this new version of the Toolbox is all about and why doesn't it recognise my vehicle?
