there are substitute swtches on AliExpress with LEDs for all doors, but in amber colour (for Nissan QQ, but they are identical). So I just changed amber LEDs with white and add additional LED on window locking switch...

Just a word of warning for anyone attempting the AliExpress switches, 
they are for left hand drive cars,  they don’t work correctly on right hand drive cars, I’ve tried some!

How hard is it to replace the switches? Is it just pull and push or do I have to remove the whole door panel?

Quite easy. On front doors just unmount switch central, remove it from bracket and replace it with new one... on drivers door you need to adjust (cut) about 1cm of lower body because Kadjar has a bit different... on back doors you have to unscrew one torx in door handle and remove it together with switch. Then replace it. Now I decide to play and install orange LEDs under lock sign and white under unlock....

Robertp i see the button's light in your car is white,the URL you send from aliexpress the button's light is red.How i get the white light.Thanks.
