I have a kadjar Dominique S Nav 2016 and i understand that when you Walk away from the car it should lock the doors and close the mirrors but it doesn’t do either can anyone help

As far as I know only if it is a late 2016 (66 Reg).

I too have Kadjar Dominique S Nav 2016 it never has had automatic locking the doors and mirror closing. I understand later models do. I may be wrong but I think it was because Renault used Nissan Qashqai wiring loom

Walk away locking was introduced around November 2016 and really filtered into the market early 2017.
Among the additions were auto folding mirrors on locking and a glove box light.
You’ll find a few 66 plates in the U.K. have the update but more likely it’ll be 17 plates.

Thanks for all your replies but come on Renault I had this system on my old Renault which was 10 years older disappointing to say the least does anyone know if a kit is available to be fitted to have walk away locking and auto close mirrors once again thanks everyone

Well it was derived from a qashqui so uses Nissan looms in the phase 1.
Not seen the walk away door locking added and I have looked into it.
As for the mirrors, there are various add on boxes from official to after market solutions, including winding the windows up. eBay or AliExpress is a good source, and they can either be for the Kadjar or nissans such as Qashqai or juke, the switch panel is the same.
Usually plug and play with one or two solder/crimp joints.
