I recently tried to log in to the "My Renault" account. I put in my email and password but nothing happened. The page just stayed there. So I tried to retrieve my password but that didn't work either. I then set up a new account on an alternative email but although I got a welcome email and was told I was a "fully fledged member" I couldn't log in to that one either.
Has anyone else had the same problem? If so, how did they overcome it?
It's not a great problem for me, but an irritation. I'd just like to know what I'm doing wrong.

I have just this minute tried My Renault and got into my account ok using the following address

https://my.renault.co.uk/

I am using a Firefox Browser if that is relevant.

I have just this minute tried My Renault and got into my account ok using the following address

I am using a Firefox Browser if that is relevant.


I have been able to access 'My Renault' using Microsoft Edge instead of Google Chrome. However, having got there I was lost for finding anything useful about it. Thanks to Duracel for his help.

Perhaps I was a little harsh. I've since revisited the site (which I think has recently been updated) and spent some time exploring it. It's not as bad as I first thought. There are some things that may be useful so I'll see how it goes.
