Some more details might help us help you:

1. Does it make a difference if you lock the said doors via the handle button or the remote key?
2. Is the issue *only* with the drivers door and the tailgate door?
3. What exactly is that happens when you lock the doors - any noises etc?

I'd check the batteries - both the small battery in the key and the car battery - before anything else.

no same problem even from the handle button and remote key. the issue is only with those 2 doors yes. no noises, all other doors lock but those 2 no. It was working, my husband is thinking that it's something from the setting. you have an idea?

Faulty connection or control module, would be my guess.

It's not something you can switch in or out from the settings so has to be a fault. As above something has failed or has a bad connection.

Try checking the connection to the front door.
