Another thing that has been bothering me.

A couple of months ago i got a flat tire.
So i got the Jack out to change it. The jacking point of the car was used and this is the end result as seen in attachments.
I had to call the Night Service Line for a single tire change. -.-
Not to mention the impracticality of the Jack with the turning screw.
The threads in the center failed because of the weight of the car and the jack got bend.
It looks like a flaw design - or if it is not the case then, it is not designed to lift this car.

Did you have any similar situations?

PS. I have sent an email regarding this but never got a reply.
When i went to take the car for service, i mentioned the jack problem and they told me is this much euros to change it.
WTF.

This is clearly a failure of a piece of equipment... I would contact Renault direct and perhaps hse mainly because of the dealers attitude. A serious injury or even worse could have resulted, Was any damage caused to the car and again this would be covered buy the failure of the jack.
