I have ticked all the settings on in the vehicle assistance menu, but still don’t know why the instrument panel won’t show the maximum road speed limits in the dash.Could this be a software issue?

The speed on the dash relates to the speed sign recognition only, or at least that is what mine does, and only stays visible for a short time until it sees another speed sign.

That’s how it was on my previous kadjar...but this kadjar is not recognising/showing any road speed limit warning. Thinking to contact Renault dealership to have a closer look as to why it’s not showing it.

And also my wipers seem to come on when go in a underground car park or drive under a bridge...any idea why that is? And if there’s a setting to stop this from happening?

Sounds like loose sensors on the windscreen. The gel might've dried out. Check your dealer's garage.

I agree with AOne, the wiper issue suggests there is an issue with the sensors.
For the benefit of your dealer, can you demonstrate the wiper issue by putting your hand over the sensors, with the engine is running and obviously Auto Wipe activated?
If you look at the sensors through the screen from outside, do they look misaligned?
