I have just purchased a 2019 Petrol Kadjar.
There is a symbol of an arrow pointing up with a slash through it. It does not appear in the manual.

That is to do with the Sat Nav and indicates the Sat Nav is not currently being used for Navigation. When you actually use the NAV it will change to something else relevant to the next manoeuvre you need to carry out.

There is a button on the steering wheel on the right that cycles what is displayed here.

Yeah every dash display setting has different display symbols in that corner. one shows the BHP and torque gauge if you've not found it yet.
