Where did you get update files? You know that upgrade you want perform is not legal nor official... Devices with V8 and V9 installed has newer hardware... Not saying that will not work but...

All sorted i got the update files where everyone else gets them from. I've bypassed 8 and gone straight to 9. Now have full screen CarPlay :woohoo:

Are you the Rlink police "you know want you want to perform is not legal nor official..." :silly:

I think lost in translation, just pointing out not official upgrade so the potential to brick system and/or void warranty when not done by Renault.

No, really I don’t care about that. But I really hate when heros like you after bricking device begging for help and complain how nobody wants to help.

And obviously you do not drive Kadjar since CarPlay works in fullscreen since version 3.3.16.x. From version 8 CP is available in fullscreen on 8.7 inch portrait device which is available in Megane/Scenic, Talisman, Espace and Koleos, not on landscape 7 inch display in Kadjar.
