Guys, my iPhone has been mute/no sound/no notification when links to Rlink.It used to work alright on iOS11.3 for a while but it became silent since Jun, so my iphone wouldn't beep when any sms or notification come in, I have tried to update iOS to 11.4 and another iPhone on iOS12, none of them has notification sounds when links to Rlink, However Rlink still play itunes music via BT. Appreciate if anyone has similar issues as I have tried resetting iPhone and resetting Rlink several times.

Rlink FW is 2.2.19.200
iPhone 7+ iOS 11.3/11.4/12

i have read on the old site people with iphones having problems, never having one myself i cant help but i am sure we can get you sorted from another member

I had the same problem month ago. Just connect your iPhone to iTunes and transfer one music file to the phone and then you're good to go. It's that simple.

thanks guys for your inputs, I have tried to transfer new music files, but nothing changes, still no sounds....
