You can use Igo Here or Igo Tomtom - or even mix them. Some say the maps from here are better but use pois and speed cameras from Tomtom. Tomtom are the "original" Renault maps - only a year old when Renault publish them.

I don't understand a few things.
I made an iGo patch on R-Link
What’s more you said I could combine maps from Here and cameras from TomTom.
I wonder if you can refer me to some Tutorial.
I found it on the Bulgarian forum, but I think it has different maps.
