I have tried to update maps several times but it stops halfway through copying files. Have done everything that help desk have asked even downloading the contents of the memory stick for the computing dept to fault find. Any suggestions.

I have not done a map update for a long time but I do remember it took about half an hour to load into the Rlink, are you giving it enought time?
Are there any error messages?

Have you tried with another USB stick? Keep the door open during install and play with the volume every 30 seconds, not to allow the system to fall asleep.
1.6 dCI, 2WD, Zen+ , Retractable Tow Bar.

I believe the reason you could not reply to me is because you used Quick Reply when you have less than 5 posts under your belt. This is a bug we have recently noticed and I have therefore now removed the Quick Link button.

I agree with Aone however playing with the volume every 30 seconds is a bit extreme, 5 minutes is quite adequate.
