I want to buy a used rlink radio but I would like to know through dd4all how to activate it in my car, can anyone help me?

i bought one from e bay.... they asked me model of the car and VIN number. It came with all the correct settingw preinstalled according to my Vin number. I am on Rlink V9.x now
