Hi,

Would someone be able to confirm that there are updates available past version 2.2.17.803?

The easyconnect web page is saying that the system is up to date but I know that there have been subsequent updates released.

Slighty baffled by it all!

For you there is an update you can do, and it is an official update as well. 
there is an update to 2.2.19.300 which fixes some issues you will be having with you R LINK2. There are 2 pages you can check about this, same as I did a number of months as  did others on this site.

I’d already tried this and it says that my system is up to date, which it definitely is not!

The second link has a box that requires you to put your VIN number in, what did that say?

Yeah I put in the VIN and it just says my system is up to date.

Very strange but I’ll ring connected services and see what the problem is.

That is strange, don't forget to update us as to what happens please.
