Hi 
I have recently have purchased a Kadjar and have been trying to register for the R-Link manager so I can download apps etc. I would also like to erase the previous owners options but I cant due to system requiring a pass key.

So firstly any advise on how to find the serial number for the R-Link would be appreciated and secondly how to reset the R-Link to remove previous pass codes etc

Did you buy the car from a dealer, if so I think they should be responsible for clearing the old user?
If you bought from the previous owner I would go back to them for help.
If all else fails, try the Connectivity Team on +44 344 369 0000    09:00 - 17:30 Mon - Fri

Hi I did buy the car from a dealer but not a Renault dealership. I'll give the connectivity team a call
